Order processing and delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Australia. Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays or public holidays.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $15 AUD for orders under $119 AUD in Australia and $20 AUD for orders under $119 AUD in New Zealand. Orders over $119 AUD may qualify for free standard shipping (where enabled in your cart/checkout settings).

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
