Order processing and delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days within Australia. Delivery times may vary due to postal service delays or public holidays.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is $15 AUD for orders under $90 AUD. Orders over $90 AUD may qualify for free standard shipping (where enabled in your cart/checkout settings).
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
Returns & Refunds — Our Policy
We want you to love your purchase from The Source. If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
